Floppy/Order Book Cover - A5 size (Catalogue Ref. FOBC) We were asked to make the Black Horse Floppy/Order Book Cover A5 by several of our customers. We have designed it to fit the 20, 30 and 40 page folder. The Black Horse cover is made from waterproof material. The front has a transparent name slide and the popular Black Horse double entry pencil pocket. On the back is a large Velcro fastened pocket. A zip fastener running almost all the way round the Floppy/Order Book Cover closes it securely. If you are unable to obtain the folders, we can supply the 20, 30 and 40 page A5, A4 and the small A6 sizes. Please ask us for a quote.

Junior General Standard and Extended Versions
The Junior General has been designed in response to requests from our customers and has been modified and refined after user trials to produce what we believe is one of the most effective aids to military efficiency of its type on the market today. This compact Tactical Commander's Organiser fills a long-standing gap for an efficient and effective aid for commanders of all ranks, to hold and display in one folder, all the information they need for sound decision-making in the field. Made from tough waterproof material, it has a full range of outer pockets. Inside are clear map and document folders. The back is stiffened to provide a firm writing surface and is fitted with an A4 ruled pad. Each folder is large and strong enough to hold and display a quantity of A4 papers, or a folded map. Most customers prefer these folders to be fitted with an all round zip fastener giving extra security for loose papers. The Standard version of this folder has three clear pockets and one 45 x 30 cms mapcase. The Extended version has six clear pockets and one 44 x 63 cms detachable map case fitted with three loops for display purposes. Standard: (Catalogue Ref. JGS) - Zip Version: (Catalogue Ref. Junior General Netheravon (Catalogue Ref. JGN) - Zip Version: (Catalogue Ref. JGNZ) Many years ago in conjunction with the then well known Support Weapons Wing at Netheravon, we designed a completely new style Junior General. In addition to the other Junior General features, we made the following additions and changes. On the front cover the pocket has been enlarged to carry an aide memoir, whilst inside the stiffened front cover there is a transparent pocket. The detachable mapcase has a zip down the long side to enable markings to be made on the map in wet weather. It is fitted into the folder with Velcro for removal. There are three loops to enable it to be hung for display purposes. Inside we reduced the size of the refill pad to A5 and below it are fitted six A5 transparent folders. Finally, the length of the rear cover pocket has been increased. Most customers prefer this folder to be fitted with an all round zip fastener giving extra security for loose papers. We are sure you will find this a worthy addition to the Black Horse stable. Commander's Aide Memoir (Catalogue Ref. CAM) By popular request we
adapted the Netheravon Infanteer to make the Commander's Aide Me moire.
This has the same outer pockets, but instead of being a mapcase, is
a 10 page folder for range cards etc. We have added an extra wipe clean
scribble board which has been so useful in the Infanteer. The Commander's
Aide Me moire also fits in the trouser pocket, so is always to hand when
needed. Please Note: If the plastic is lightly dusted with talcum powder, this will help to prevent photo or laser print being removed from papers and maps.

Waterproof Notebook Cover
(Catalogue Ref. AS) We have been successfully making zipped Waterproof Notebook Covers for over 25 years. Many years ago we adapted the design to fit the Aqua Scribe re usable waterproof paper refill pad with a cover we designed for the Canadian Forces. This cover has a zip fastener round three sides, with two inner pockets for documents and pens. It is very compact and measures only 16 x 13 cms. It has been specially designed with a smooth outline making it easy to take out of garment pockets in a hurry. We are also able to supply the Aqua Scribe re-usable waterproof paper pads separately.

The 'Cadet'
(Catalogue Ref. CAD) Another popular design by Black Horse. This straightforward A4 Folder has been designed by us epically for course work and holds both an A4 Floppy and A4 Refill Pad. It is made from waterproof material. It should be an invaluable aid to students of any rank. At the top of the folder there is a plastic name card holder to make it easy to identify. Below this is the famous Black Horse double entry pencil pocket which has a full width zipped pocket. On the back cover there is a full size Velcro fastened pocket. 'The Cadet' is closed by an all round zip, which means that loose papers can be carried inside with no fear of loss.
